Stayed here from 2/14/2024 to 2/18/2024, got two rooms side by side. We were in Ann Arbor to tour University of Michigan, this was the perfect location. The staff was incredibly accommodating, super attentive and so professional. Management is doing a great job running this place. Every single interaction we had with the staff was very pleasant. Thank you so much to everyone who works hard to ensure their guest have a great stay!!

The hotel has a really nice lobby with a bar, sitting area and an area for breakfast. It is updated and clean. The room was nice and spacious. 2 king beds and a couch. Room was also clean, beds are comfortable and it was quiet. The location …

I stayed at the Hyatt in Ann Arbor in July, and the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Mimi and her colleagues went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their friendly and efficient service stood out, contributing greatly to the overall positive impression of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the attention to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Hyatt, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mimi and her team.

Room is ok. They advertise for Google chromecast on the TVs in the room but it doesn’t work. An employee even came to the room to try but it still didn’t work. Also there’s a restaurant with no cook. Front desk staff offered me a salad with cold chicken for the same price as the salad on the menu that supposedly comes with hot chicken which I was told the chicken goes in an oven. I received my salad and salad has brown lettuce throughout.

This is a spotless hotel. The fitness center is excellent and sleep is never interrupted by noise. Easy access to a nice mall, downtown Ann Arbor, and I-94. In addition, although the breakfast is not fancy, there are a number of healthy choices and the coffee is quite good.

When we have to take our daughter to the hospital due to medical issues finding a perfect hotel with our kids are hard to come by. So this was perfect for our family, and all staff were amazing. The Breakfast was also amazing and very unexpected.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we have family in Ann Arbor and come in for the major holidays every year. Well kept facility. Great staff. We have never had any problems. We will keep coming back.

Second time we've stayed here. Rooms are very nice and clean. Showers are very nice. Breakfast is very good with cooked items. Maid service is by request upon check in.
